This year, I experienced an amazing game with my husband and my in-laws! Never a dull day visiting the Padres stadium in the beautiful Downtown San Diego. The energy was nothing short of incredible, we enjoyed ourselves some micheladas from the Jalisco stand and witnessed TWO home runs from our winning team 💛🤎🖤 weather was at a perfect 75 with a warm sun beaming down on us and an overwhelming sense of community within the crowd! The biggest highlight for me was during our goodbyes to my mother and father in law, he hadn’t been to a padres game since the was a kid and the way he choked up while thanking us for including him in this adventure left me feeling so much love for him. We appreciate you, papa and we love you both so much and it brings us joy knowing you two went home with smiles on your faces. Thank you for all that you do for us and for your grandkids.
PS Don’t hesitate to get your tickets for the next game to Petco Park, but remember… DO NOT bring any bags that are bigger than the average sized fanny pack or else they WILL turn you away. Clear backpacks are pretty much the only exception. Have a great weekend everybody!
