This years Special Olympics has been a fun experience for all that has been involved. Tony and I had the pleasure of participating as volunteer photographers in support of this pure-hearten bunch of individuals! To see the smiles and get to know some genuine personalities was a moment to cherish forever. There were people of all ages and diverse cultures, making it a very exciting turnout! This event was all about talented golfers. Sometimes, we found ourselves in the cross-hairs of flying golf balls. We had to hide behind some trees to avoid being knocked out! All jokes aside, the skills that many of them displayed was truly remarkable. The event was held at the beautiful Oaks North Golf Course located at 12602 Oaks North Drive
San Diego, CA 92128. Truly a blessing to be involved and looking ahead to more volunteer opportunities to capture these precious moments! Here are some more photos that were taken of our morning.
